Gasper Celauro (Geppie) has been the principal broker at Bellbrook Realty, Inc since 1972. He has a BA degree in History (1967) and an MS in Industrial Psychology (1968), both from Springfield College, Springfield, and Massachusetts. He is a Licensed, Certified New York State Appraiser, as well as a graduate of the National Association of Realtors' Real Estate Institute (GRI). Upon completion of his tour of duty with the U.S. Navy in 1970 he joined Western Electric as a Management Training instructor and eighteen months later made a career change which continues to this day.

His primary responsibilities involve the listing and sale of commercial and industrial properties primarily in Suffolk County focusing on Brookhaven, Islip and Riverhead Townships.

His client and referral base is broad brushed. Because of his long standing reputation for integrity and for getting things done in a diligent and knowledgeable manner community leaders, attorneys and accountants frequently tap him as a resource for themselves or for their clients.

His sales volume exceeds a billion dollars.

He is a Past President of the Patchogue Chamber of Commerce (1986-88), Past President of the Eastern Suffolk Board of Realtors (1985-87), former Vice Chairman of the Brookhaven Town Industrial Development Agency (1978-94), Assessor for the Incorporated Village of Patchogue (1979-95), past Director and Secretary for the Patchogue Lions Club (1973-90), former member of the Brookhaven Hospital Advisory Board, he is currently the President of Spotlight on Children.
